If a mortgage valuation or building survey has flagged damp or timber concerns, our In-Depth Survey gives you a specialist diagnosis and a fully priced remedial plan in writing. You can use it to renegotiate the asking price, budget accurately, and plan works to line up with completion. Many of our clients book us in before they exchange, and we can often schedule the works to begin as soon as the keys are yours.
